This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit.
This includes:
- Bottles damaged in transit
- Products with a manufacturing fault
- Incorrect items sent
What to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including:
- You ordered the wrong item
- You no longer want the product
- You didn’t like the flavour
This includes unopened bottles.
Opened or Used Products
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially consumed products, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days once approved
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all refund or return requests.
